• Shipping within the UK:

We offer local UK shipping options at £3.50 (Royal Mail Tracked 48) and £4.50 (Royal Mail Tracked 24). Dried flower items will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure their safety during transit.

• International Shipping:

For international orders, please reach out to us directly. Shipping options and rates will be provided based on location and weight.

• Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. However, if your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us at support@oneministore.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

• Self-Pickup:

We may offer self-pickup options at weekend markets around Manchester and certain areas in Cheshire West. Please contact us to arrange this option before placing your order.

 

3. Returns and Refunds

• Eligibility:

We accept returns for eligible items in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery.


• Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@oneministore.com. Once approved, items must be sent back in secure packaging to avoid damage.

• Return Shipping Costs:

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made, personalized items, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Refunds:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all items. However, due to variations in monitors and natural product differences, slight color and texture variations may occur.
