Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from oneministore. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@oneministore.com.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Custom-made orders, pre-orders, and sale items are non-refundable. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, customs fees, and import VAT are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
