Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–7 working days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by the carrier, stock availability or other unforeseen circumstances are not eligible for a refund.
If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement, partial dispatch or refund for the affected item.
International Shipping
We currently ship to: Germany, Spain, France, Denmark, Netherlands, Sweden, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland and Turkey.
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked, typically arriving within 5–7 business days.
- A flat-rate shipping fee applies to all international orders up to 2kg.
- Orders exceeding 2kg may incur a higher shipping rate. We will contact you by email to confirm the updated cost before processing. Your order will not be dispatched until the revised fee has been approved.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping to Other Countries
We are happy to ship internationally beyond the countries listed above, including the US, Canada, and more. Simply drop us an email at support@oneministore.com and we will handle your order personally. We will provide you with the exact shipping cost from the carrier — no markups, no handling fees. You only pay what we are charged.
Customs, Import Duties & Local Taxes
For international orders, please be aware of the following:
- Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (such as VAT or GST) are not included in your order total.
- These charges are determined by your local customs authority and may be collected upon arrival.
- All such duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
- The carrier may charge additional handling or clearance fees related to customs processing.
Refused Deliveries
If an order is returned because the customer refuses to pay applicable import duties or customs charges, a refund will only be issued once the goods have been received and inspected by us. If items are confirmed to be undamaged and in resalable condition, only the value of the goods will be refunded. Original and return shipping costs, customs clearance fees, and any other charges incurred as a result of the return are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Preserved & Dried Flowers

- All dried flower items are individually packed and shipped in a box.
- Dried flower orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
- Self-collection may be available at weekend markets in Manchester and parts of Cheshire West. Please contact us before placing your order if you wish to arrange this.
- For international dried flower orders, please contact us before purchasing.
